What If My Order Is Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged?Updated a year ago
If your tracking has not updated since your order was dispatched, or you have not received your order, and the tracking says "delivered," please email your order number to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] so that we can investigate.
Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5–days and before 15–days from the date the package was marked as “delivered.”
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 15–days (20–days for international orders ) and within 30–days from the last checkpoint.
If you receive your package damaged, please email your order number and a photo of the damage to our Customer Care Team at [email protected] so that we can make things right.
