In general we try to dispatch every order in full where possible, and in a single package. If the order size is too large for a single shipment then we would ship in multiple packages.
In the case that any part of the order is out of stock but in the process of replenishment, we allow partial shipment as default within domestic USA and Canada only.
Orders in other regions that contain an out of stock item would be placed on backorder until the entire order is able to be fulfilled.
We would always endeavour to make this known on the product page and at checkout, as well as through email communication.
