After logging into the Support Center, on the main page simply click "New Support Ticket".
On this page, we ask that you fill out the subject of your inquiry, your experience level, inquiry type and a description. Please include as many details as possible! Please include your order number, if you have one. You also have the option to upload a file attachment if needed. Once the form is filled out, just click SUBMIT.
From there, you will be led to a new page with a ticket #, hold onto that number as you can check the status of a ticket using that number. You will also receive an email confirming that we have received your enquiry and will get back to you as soon as possible.
At this point you can add more details, as well as reply to any requests for more information from us. You can also close the ticket on this page, or continue to respond to the agent handling your ticket until you’re satisfied with a resolution.
To chase the status of your order or tracking please choose type WIMO (Where Is My Order). Please don’t forget to include your Order Number!
