You can check the status of your previous tickets by logging into the Customer Care Centre, using the account you submitted the ticket under. 

 

Once logged in, simply click on "Check Ticket Status", once there, you will be able to select Open or Pending Tickets, Resolved or Closed Tickets, or All Tickets. 

 

Once you find the ticket you are looking for, click on the ticket # and you will be able to view all activity on the ticket. You may reply to a Resolved or Closed ticket to reopen the ticket.
