Returns PolicyUpdated a year ago
If you are not completely happy with the AvalonKing products you have received, you can return them to us within 90 days of receipt, providing that they are unopened/unused and in original resalable condition. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Guidelines below.
For all return requests, please use one of the following methods of contact:

- Send a Return Request using the "Return" section at the top of the Help Center landing page.
With all methods of contact, please use “RETURN REQUEST” as the subject and provide your order number, reason for return, and contact information. We will get back to you with an RMA and returns address.
Once returned, you will be entitled to a refund which will not include the cost of postage. We are not able to refund items that appear damaged, opened, or otherwise not in original condition.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and complete with packaging if applicable.
- Please include the RMA number on the package.
- All items must be in original, resalable condition.
- AvalonKing is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please ensure product packaging is not damaged, as this is part of the product, and therefore any damage may result in a repacking charge or the return being refused.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping.**
- We suggest using a tracked service, as AvalonKing will not take responsibility for any items that are damaged, delayed, or lost during return transit.
- For orders outside of the USA/Canada, please mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS."
- AvalonKing is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred during a return.
Once inspected and approved, please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be issued back to the original method of payment* for the items that have been returned. You will receive an email notification from AvalonKing once the refund process has been approved.
*If the original method of payment has expired, we can only offer a voucher of the refund value for use on the AvalonKing website. (Some restrictions may apply.)
**If part of the order is damaged upon receipt of the return, AvalonKing will contact you to discuss your options. Any unsalable items will result in a partial refund and/or a replacement fee of -$10 USD.
***If the item you wish to return was part of a bundle deal, unless there is a fault, you will need to return the entire order for a refund.
